Argos trials festival store
Argos has pulled the concept together in a few weeks, overcoming fundamental challenges such as installing storage shelving inside the trailer. They will also be using remote payment systems for the first time.
John Douglass, operations director for Argos said: “The festival store is an exciting new idea for the business and we will be following its performance closely with a view to using the concept at other events”.
Argos is aware that as the festival progresses the dynamic of the store will change. Products will be supplied from Argos Newport who are providing six experienced colleagues from the local store.
