Anthropologie launches plus-size collection

Fashion and homewares retailer Anthropologie has launched a first plus-size collection in the US.

Called A Plus, the range features over 120 styles and comes in sizes 16W to 26W, with prices ranging from $48 to $260.

The new clothing is available online at anthropologie.com and in a select range of stores.

Richa Srivastava, managing director of design at Anthropologie, said: “This is an exciting starting point for Anthropologie. Our goal is to be a destination for everyone wanting to express their personal style and to feel like their best selves. At launch, we’ll offer a great range of options and an exceptional shopping experience. We’ll evolve both as we move forward, adding more styles and locations as we learn from customer feedback.”

Anthropologie has over 200 stores in the US, Canada and Europe, including the UK. It is part of the URBN group which also owns Urban Outfitters and Free People.
