Topps Tiles agrees sale and leaseback of head office and warehouse

Topps Tiles has agreed a sale and leaseback of its head office and central warehouse buildings with UK Warehouse Properties.
The tile retailer said the proceeds from the £18.1 million sale will strengthen its financial position as it responds to the Covid-19 crisis.
Topps Tiles has also entered into leases for the properties for a 20-year period for an annual rent of £1.2 million.
The properties are situated in Enderby in Leicester.
