Watsons reaches milestone of 100 million loyalty members
Watsons, the flagship health and beauty brand of A.S. Watson Group, has reached a milestone of 100 million loyalty members in Asia.
Established in 2008 to reward and connect customers, the membership programme is now available in 14 markets worldwide.
In 2018, the scheme was expanded to include an Elite VIP offering to add an additional tier for the company’s most loyal customers. In addition, Watsons launched its One Pass scheme last year to enable members to enjoy cross-border shopping benefits at Watsons stores across the world.
Malina Ngai, chief executive of A.S. Watson (Asia and Europe), said:“We’re now growing at roughly one million new members every quarter. This isn’t just a big milestone for us; it’s also an important one for all of our members who form a community that inspires each other to look and feel good inside and outside.
“The Covid-19 pandemic has created stronger bonds between us and our members and we have been able to stay in touch and share relevant contents during this challenging time.”
