Superdrug celebrates success of inaugural customer experience event
Superdrug has been celebrating the success of its inaugural customer experience event Superdrug Presents.
Over 3,000 customers participated in the event which took place over four days in September and offered them the chance to step into what Superdrug described as a health and beauty playground.
Headline sponsors Makeup Revolution and Shea Moisture joined a roster of brands that offered samples of new products, beauty treatments and a range of masterclasses with industry experts and influencers.
Guests also received free beauty treatments for nails, hair, brow shaping and piercing from the Superdrug Beauty Studio team. The event was planned and managed by Superdrug’s experiential agency N20.
Gemma Mason, Superdrug’s head of customer experience, said: “We are so delighted that our first event was such a success. There was such an amazing atmosphere from start to finish which just underlines what a vibrant and exciting place the beauty world is right now. As well as celebrity visits, some really insightful and interesting panel events took place over the course of the event.”
