The Entertainer opens further store in Pakistan
High street toy retailer The Entertainer has opened a further store in Pakistan with existing franchise partner the SEFAM Group.
The 5,000 square feet shop in Lahore has opened in the largest mall in Pakistan, which is home to over 200 stores and a five-star hotel.
Together with SEFAM, The Entertainer has already launched four other stores in Lahore and one in Islamabad.
The Entertainer’s founder and managing director, Gary Grant, said: “We are thrilled to welcome families into the newest edition to our growing collection of Pakistani stores. We are very much looking forward to bringing even more joy and wonder to the children of Lahore with our reputable partner, SEFAM.“
The newest collaboration with SEFAM Group follows the announcement earlier this year of another franchise partnership with Apparel Group in the Middle East. In addition, Ermes group in Cyprus are extending the space in the three Debenhams shop-in- shop concepts and expanding into two new stores bringing The Entertainer’s international estate to 12 stores by Easter.
The Entertainer currently has 131 stores in the UK. Now in its 36th year, the family-owned and operated business employs more than 1,500 staff across its stores, head office and distribution warehouses.
