John Lewis joins line-up for this year’s Retail Customer Engagement Conference

Retail Bulletin is delighted to announce that Steve Kato-Spyrou, UX Manager at John Lewis, has become the latest speaker to join the line-up at the one-day TRB Retail Customer Engagement Conference on 5 June.

Steve will reveal how retailers can re-engineer their businesses to ensure that the customer journey is seamless when shoppers switch between desktop, mobile and in-store as they move from the research stage through to purchase.

His presentation will also cover:

  • Channel agnostic and customer centric – delivering the seamlessly integrated omni-business proposition
  • What is the secret to prioritising your channels?
  • How can you get online and offline teams to collaborate more effectively?
  • How do you differentiate various channels to meet channel-specific consumer expectations?

Prior to John Lewis, Steve worked as a UX designer at Sky, Burberry, Zone and Pegasystems

The event programme also features customer engagement leaders from a wide range of other retail organisations including The Entertainer, Bloom & Wild, Marks & Spencer, Feelunique, Decathlon, Crabtree & Evelyn and many more, all of whom will show how they have helped to grow their business by improving the experience they deliver to customers.

Don’t miss our early bird rate for Retail Bulletin readers where you can save 50% on the ticket price by using the discount code RETAILER50 when booking (applies to retail professionals working in retail businesses only).
