White Stuff appoints new non-executive director
The White Stuff fashion brand has appointed Gareth Jones as a non-executive director.
Jones has previously worked as chief executive of Muscle Food and online chief executive of Missguided. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at The Very Group and Phones 4u.
White Stuff chairman Debbie Hewitt said: “Gareth is culturally aligned to the strong customer ethos that permeates White Stuff. His experience will enable him to make an immediate contribution to the company and accelerate our progress online. We look forward very much to working with him.”
The appointment follows White Stuff’s announcement last week that it will be cutting nearly 400 jobs at its head office and within its retail teams as it looks to become a more digitally focused company.
