Slowear to expand in US and Europe

Italian fashion brand Slowear has unveiled plans to strangthen its presence in the US and Europe through the opening of 25 new stores by 2023.

The company is planning to launch three additional stores in the US this month. This will include its first store in Chicago and two stores in the Williamsburg and West Village areas of New York City.

Situated in the city’s West Loop, the Chicago store will showcase a variety of products from the Slowear’s Incotex, Zanone, Glanshirt and Montedoro brands as well as a curated selection of books, men’s skincare and other lifestyle products. In addition, the store will feature a sitting area where customers can relax and enjoy an espresso or prosecco.

The  company also has plans to expand to the US West Coast by 2023 with openings in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Meanwhile,  Slowear has recently opened a new European store in Hamburg store and also plans to launch shops in Dusseldorf and Berlin.

Roberto Compagno, chief executive of Slowear, said: “In light of the positive development of our 30 stores and despite these difficult and uncertain times, we’ve decided to accelerate our retail project. This means that we’ll focus on an integrated development of our digital platform, slowear.com, with physical stores in an omnichannel perspective.”
