Quiz appoints ethical compliance manager

Fast fashion brand Quiz has appointed Natasha Staddon as ethical compliance manager.

Having previously held the position of ethical trade coordinator at Primark, Staddon will be overseeing Quiz’s sustainable supply chain and responsible sourcing strategies.

The new appointment forms part of the retailer’s expansion plans and its commitment to ensuring that all products are produced in a safe working environment, sourced responsibly and with workers’ rights respected.

Staddon will work closely with Quiz’s suppliers to ensure that all partners adhere to Quiz’s ethical code of practice.

Sheraz Ramzan, chief commercial officer at Quiz, said: “We have a great relationship with our existing suppliers and many of whom we have worked with for a number of years. Natasha’s expertise and experience will help us further strengthen our partnerships worldwide as well as ensure that our business and ethical standards are met at every tier of our supply chain – a fundamental belief for Quiz.”

Staddon will report directly to the Quiz board in her new role.
