MySale appoints new non-executive director

Australian flash sale company MySale Group has appointed Charles Butler as an independent non-executive director.
Butler was until recently chief executive of the Market Tech Holdings property and digital technology group where he led it from a successful IPO through to its recent sale for £892 million to LabTech Investments.
Prior to joining Market Tech, Butler was group chief executive of NetPlay TV, the AIM listed UK interactive TV gaming company.
Carl Jackson, MySale chief executive, said: “’We are delighted to welcome Charles to the board. His extensive experience in growing online and digital businesses shall be a valuable asset as we embark on the next stage of our ambitious growth plans.”
