Lands’ End promotes Chieh Tsai to chief product officer role

Lands’ End has promoted Chieh Tsai to the newly-created position of chief product officer.

Previously the clothing brand’s senior vice president of design, Tsai will oversee all design, merchandising and global sourcing activities in the new role.

Jerome Griffith, chief executive and president of Lands’ End, said: “Chieh’s design vision has enabled us to confidently go to market with offerings that have resonated well with the Lands’ End customer. We are excited to extend Chieh’s vision across all aspects of design, merchandising and global sourcing.”

Lands’ End has also appointed Rosalind Drisko as vice president for public relations and brand marketing.

Reporting to Matt Trainor, senior vice president of brand creative, Drisko will lead the public relations, social media and brand marketing teams.

The company said Drisko will bring a wealth of industry experience to the business with her most recent role being vice president of global marketing for the Nautica apparel brand at VF Corporation.

Griffith added: “Lands’ End continues to make meaningful and strategic changes across the organisation to better position it for future growth by focusing on four main strategic pillars – product, digitalisation, uni-channel distribution and infrastructure – while staying true to our heritage.”
