H&M offers US customers new way of shopping
H&M is offering customers in the US the opportunity to buy its fashion items straight off Instagram.
The move is part of H&M’s strategy to improve the shopping experience for customers both in its physical stores and online. The company is also rolling out a range of new digital features and services.
Sara Spännar, head of marketing and communications at H&M, said: “We are excited to be part of this launch and to offer US customers the possibility to buy our products straight off Instagram. We believe this is a great way to offer fashion fans an inspiring and convenient shopping experience. Instagram is such an important channel and we look forward to exploring this new way of shopping.”
