H&M launches online shop in Mexico

H&M has launched an online shop in Mexico as it looks to offer customers in the country an omnichannel shopping experience.

To publicise the move, H&M has launched a local campaign featuring a number of singers and actors including Danna Paola, Mario Bautista, Paulina Goto and Jose Pablo Minor. The campaign focuses on the different characteristics of areas of Mexico City, which also reflect the personality of each of the celebrities involved.

The online store will offer a wide range of H&M’s collections for women, men, teenagers and children including exclusive online-only pieces that will be available all year-round. It will also sell lingerie, maternity wear, accessories and H&M Home products.

Features will include scan & find where customers can scan the barcode on the price tag of a product in-store and find all sizes and colours online.

H&M said: “We are extremely excited to take the next step in servicing our Mexican customers providing them with 24 hours a day and 7 days a week access to our collections. Our online platform provides a unique experience that will be complementing our physical stores,”
