Two new deals for Travelodge in Scotland

Travelodge Hotels Ltd has agreed two new leases with developers in Scotland, on Glasgow Road by Edinburgh Airport (Ratho Ventures) and Justice Mill Lane, Aberdeen (Ardmuir Developments Ltd).
The building at Edinburgh Airport will contain 97 bedrooms and has been let for 25 years at a rental of £401,800 per annum. The Justice Mill Lane, Aberdeen building comprises 120 bedrooms and has been let for 25 years at a rental of £480,000 per annum. Ratho Ventures was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle and DTZ; Ardmuir Developments Ltd was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle; Travelodge Hotels Ltd was represented by Eric Young & Co.
