Topshop collaborates with Wedgwood

Tuesday February 16th 2016

Topshop has embarked on a collaboration with the iconic china and tableware brand, Wedgwood.

The fashion retailer has worked with Wedgwood to create the 'Cupid' pattern which is inspired by Wedgwood's iconic Jasperware. Meanwhile, a second pattern called 'Blackbird' draws on Wedgwood's Wild Strawberry pattern.

The new prints have been used on dresses, blouses and high waisted jeans. The two brands have also produced a limited edition Wedgwood x Topshop Unique ‘Blackbird’ tea cup and saucer design.

Topshop global creative director Kate Phelan said: ”We are thrilled to be partnering with Wedgwood on prints for the SS16 Unique collection. The marriage of two such celebrated British brands feels very fitting and the reworked prints perfectly encapsulate our girl for the season."
