Subway appoints for branding campaign

Wednesday June 17th 2009

Fast food chain Subway has appointed marketing agencies Momentum and McCann to develop an integrated brand positioning campaign for branches in the UK and Ireland.

Advertisements and promotions will be delivered by broad

cast, direct mail, online and in-store through sales promotions and point of sale material. The franchised sandwich shop brand is aiming to have 2010 UK stores by 2010.

“We believe that Momentum & McCann will provide the combination of creativity and a strategic approach that will be needed to help drive the business forward through its next phase of development,” says Subway head of marketing Alex Cacouris.
