Shoezone steps into the Pavillion Shopping Centre, Thornaby

Thornfield Properties, represented by Savills, has let a unit at the Pavilion Shopping Centre, Thornaby to Shoe Zone Ltd.
The shoe retailer has taken Unit 8 which totals 2,087 sq ft (194 sq m). Shoe Zone will pay £35,000 per annum on a new 10-year lease.
Shoe Zone was represented by Ramsdens.
