Global security giant Securitas Security Services is to sponsor the Frontline Customer Service Team award at this year's People in Retail Awards 2008. Now in their successful third year, the Retail Bulletin's 'People in Retail' Awards 2008 recognise that ultimately, it is people that make the difference in retail. Teamwork, enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment to customer service create the buzz that transforms an everyday shopping experience into genuine retail therapy.
The awards will honour those individual employees and teams who have shown the greatest commitment to their customers. Recognising that committed individuals can only flourish in the right company culture, the awards will also honour the retailers who have done the most to empower their employees.
The awards are a great opportunity for retailers to see their staff recognised and rewarded by this prestigious external awards programme. They are free to enter, and open to all retailers, hospitality and leisure operators large or small and will be judged by a panel of senior retailers.
