Successful licencing campaign expands

RSPCA Perfect Pets now has 24 UK licences signed, and continues to perform in every category with the brand looking stronger than ever for 2005.

Following the retail success of Gemma International's first range of greetings cards, a new gift stationery range and a unique range of 12 beautifully crafted, handmade cards are being launched at Spring Fair 2005.

Gemma International has reported excellent distribution take-up through all major accounts for the Perfect Pets range.

Master toy licensee, Golden Bear, has also enjoyed retail success with its range of Perfect Pets bean toys and interactive pets throughout 2004. 2005 will see the launch of exciting new toy lines and an extensive gift range later in the year.

Robert Harrop's figurine range has been expanded to include even more of the Perfect Pets fans*#*8217; favourite characters. They are all impeccably crafted and are sure to be a hit with the ever-expanding army of dedicated fans.

2004 has seen particular success with Fashion UK's Perfect Pets fashion top range, GH Warner's ever expanding slipper range, and RSPCA Perfect Pets socks by Clifton Bay and Samuel Eden.

Autumn 2004 saw the close of a hugely successful three-month PR campaign. Competitions, reviews, features and articles ran throughout girls*#*8217; and women*#*8217;s general interest and animal magazines. A national Perfect Pets 'Responsible Pet Ownership' survey attracted over 1000 participants.

With on-going PR support, a dedicated consumer website receiving over 500,000 hits per month, RSPCA Perfect Pets have firmly established themselves as a home and playground favourite with their 6-13 year old girl target audience.
