Ocado confirms float plans

Online grocery retailer Ocado has confirmed that it is planning to become a public company next year.
A company spokeswoman confirms that it is “an aim” to float the company of the stock market during 2010.The brand was launched in partnership with Waitrose in 2002 and offers its service to 13.5m households in the UK.
