New strategy for Flying Horse Mall

Landlord UBS Triton Property Fund has appointed real estate specialist Savills to advise on the leasing strategy and marketing of the Flying Horse Mall in Nottingham. Savills already held an existing management role at the centre.

The Savills retail team will advise UBS on enhancing its tenant mix at FH Mall with new lettings and asset management opportunities, while Savills Marketing and Commercialisation will provide advice on the marketing, advertising and events.

Totalling 36,000 sq ft (3,344 sq m), FH Mall is home to a variety of independent and national retailers including Vivienne Westwood, Whitewall Galleries, April Flowers and Caroline Castigliano.

“We are obviously very pleased to have expanded the service we provide for UBS at FH Mall. The scheme has a distinctive configuration that will require an innovative approach to the marketing and advertising and we are looking forward to working with the client in order to achieve the objectives it has set,” says Savills Marketing and Commercialisation consultant Claire Johnson.

Savills will advise jointly on the leasing with Capital Retail.
