Monsoon arrives at Cricklade Street Cirencester
REIT Asset Management, advised by Capital Retail, has let 36 Cricklade Street, Cirencester, Gloucestershire to Monsoon Accessorize.
The fashion and accessories retailer has acquired the 1,773 sq ft (165 sq m) store, which is to be used by the firm's main Monsoon brand, on a new ten-year lease at an annual rent of £72,500.
Savills acted on behalf of Monsoon Accessorize.
