King Sturge appointed on Marble Place, Southport

The retail team at King Sturge's Leeds office has been instructed as joint agents on Marble Place shopping centre in Southport, Merseyside.

Owned by London & Lothian Investments, Marble Place is the prime covered shopping area in the town centre. It comprises 18 units, totalling 70,000 sq ft, let to such retailers as Bay Trading, TK Maxx, 3 Store, Body Shop and New Look. King Sturge has been appointed to secure new lettings and to advise on further development of the scheme alongside joint agents MacArthur Wilson.
