King Sturge appointed on Marble Place, Southport

The retail team at King Sturge's Leeds office has been instructed as joint agents on Marble Place shopping centre in Southport, Merseyside.
Owned by London & Lothian Investments, Marble Place is the prime covered shopping area in the town centre. It comprises 18 units, totalling 70,000 sq ft, let to such retailers as Bay Trading, TK Maxx, 3 Store, Body Shop and New Look.
King Sturge has been appointed to secure new lettings and to advise on further development of the scheme alongside joint agents MacArthur Wilson. Jonathan Newns, Retail Partner at King Sturge, comments: “Marble Place is a great addition to our growing national shopping centre instruction portfolio. We will be advising on the potential to improve the scheme's range of retailers through future development.”
