First Fred Perry store arrives in Cologne
Fred Perry, advised by Harper Dennis Hobbs, has acquired its first store in Cologne, Germany
The fashion retailer has taken a 1561 sq ft (145 sq m) shop at 54 Ehrenstrasse in the centre of the city on a new lease at an annual rent of €144,000. The outlet is set over two floors and is Fred Perry's first store in Cologne and only its fourth in continental Europe.
Andrew Bathurst of Harper Dennis Hobbs comments: “With its vibrant art scene and young, affluent population, Cologne is an obvious location for an increasingly aspirational brand such as Fred Perry and we look forward to working with them as they expand throughout Europe.”
