Eversheds opens two more international offices

International law firm Eversheds continues to increase its global operation by opening offices in Albania and Mauritius.

The base in Port Louis, Mauritius, is headed by partner Miro Dvorak. Dvorak has a broad corporate practice covering private equity, M&A, restructuring and aviation finance. Eversheds corporate and commercial partner Alvise Dona dalle Rose heads up the Tirana base in Albania. Head of International, Stephen Hopkins commented "Both Mauritius and Albania offer our clients significant opportunities for investment. At the end of last year the firm assisted the Ministry of the Economy, Commerce and Energy with the setting up of an LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) company in Albania, whereas Mauritius is a key destination for work in India and South Africa, and structuring investments in emerging markets."
