Barton Square at The Trafford Centre reveals new signings

The £76m development will create a new focal point for homewares in the scheme with Marks & Spencer Home, Next Home, Dwell and Habitat.
Barton Square, which is a 200,000 sq ft retail development and cost around £76million to build, is scheduled to open in March 2008. In addition to the new retail space it will provide an additional 600 parking spaces to the current 10,000 free parking spaces at The Trafford Centre. The new development will be linked to the existing centre by a pedestrian footbridge over Barton Dock Road, which was craned into place in November.Gordon McKinnon, Director of operations at The Trafford Centre said: “We are now extremely excited about the completion of Barton Square scheduled for March 2008 and look forward to launching the stunning new homeware destination to the public.”
