Anabas rewarded for service excellence with GAP

Anabas has extended the scale and range of its service provision with GAP. Already responsible for a range of FM services at 58 stores nationwide, this has risen to 150 with the roll-out of the new contract.

In addition Anabas will now run a complete helpdesk service for GAP with capacity to take the estimate
d 18,000 maintenance, health & safety and loss prevention calls each year.

These additional stores represent the second time GAP has increased its FM provision through Anabas, after a similar increase in September 2006. All the additional stores and services, including cleaning, window cleaning, floor maintenance and helpdesk were mobilised by November 26th in order to ensure standards were in place for the start of the busy Christmas period.
