In a bold move to rejuvenate its retail teams, Adams Kids has launched ATV, an internal television programme designed to replace its paper-based communication to stores
The service, provided by Airplay, features many of Adams' senior team as presenters and brings to life monthly business reviews, product updates, visual merchandising and promotions. It even features a monthly Question Time with the board. Chief Executive Dean Murray said “In what has become a more open and relaxed approach to running our business, our retail teams enjoy greater degree of autonomy. What Adams Television has allowed us to do, is to stimulate our teams in a new and much more interesting way and create a greater level of understanding”.Peter Knott, Managing Director of Airplay said “We're really pleased with the commitment Adams has shown to this. We live in a 'television world', so how better to say it than in a 'television way'. The response from the internal audience has been very positive.
The service, produced monthly on DVD is aimed not just at Store Manager's, but all of Adams 4000 staff.
