Survey Analyses cross channel behaviors and experiences

A cross channel shopping survey by ATG has found that more than three-quarters of consumers use two or more channels to browse, research and purchase products. The survey will help you to find new opportunities to increase online sales and improve contact center efficiency, and learn the role of the mobile and catalogue channels, plus opportunities for email marketing and social media.

Findings include:

•78% said they use two or more channels to browse, research and make purchases
•24% of those people said they use as many as three channels
•43% said they start their research online or through a mobile device
